The Library is the digital home of Church of the City New York's teachings, writings, sounds, and resources. Built around the essentials of faith, it exists to help disciples grow in the way of Jesus through trusted content that can be returned to again and again.

The Library is designed to serve as a place of formation—gathering sermons, books, guides, and conversations that equip people for life beyond its walls.

  • Compelling Missional Discipleship

    Our mission is to create compelling missional disciples marked by tangible presence, counter formation, and sacrificial mission. In this course we will explore the 9 Distinctives and Disciplines of what makes a compelling missional disciple. 

  • Healthy Soul

    A discipleship course focused on emotional and spiritual health. It is typically structured as an 8- to 10-week journey—designed to help participants heal from past hurts, build relational tools, and align their inner emotional lives with the ways of Jesus.

  • The Prayer and Worship Intensive

    The Prayer and Worship Intensive at Church of the City New York encompasses their dedicated prayer ministries and extended gatherings designed to cultivate spiritual renewal. Central to this is the dedicated Prayer Room and various ministry initiatives.

Music

Something we say often is that we want our prayers to flow from the riches of God’s Word—not the poverty of our circumstances.

And we want the same to be true of the songs we write and sing.

We believe worship is simply prayer set to melody.

So it mattered to us that these songs wouldn’t just be written about God—but with Him.

That they would come from the secret place, formed by His presence, in the place of prayer—that the writing room and the prayer room would be one and the same.
