The Lanphier School exists to form college students into compelling missional disciples — joyfully obedient to Jesus, grounded in spiritual rhythms, and sent onto their campuses and into their callings with His presence.

This is a two-semester discipleship cohort designed for students who want to go deeper in formation and live missionally in the middle of their college years. Built with the reality of student life in New York City in mind, it’s structured to be integrated — not interruptive — to your rhythms.

Through weekly gatherings, Prayer Room rhythms, campus evangelism, vocational mentorship, and intergenerational mentorship, students will be equipped to not just know Jesus, but to carry Him wherever they go.

This is a training ground for revival in the midst of academic life. This is not a program to pull students out of college life — it’s a missions school designed to send them into their schools and careers more on fire than ever, and with the tools, rhythms, and community needed to sustain it. The Lanphier School exists to help students see college not just as preparation for a career, but as a launching pad for their calling in the Kingdom.
