The Lanphier School is a two-semester discipleship cohort for college students who want to follow Jesus seriously in the middle of college life.

Designed around the rhythms of student life in New York City, Lanphier exists to help students grow in faith while staying fully engaged in their classes, campuses, friendships, and future callings.

Through weekly gatherings, prayer, mentorship, and practical spiritual rhythms, students are trained to walk with Jesus in real life and live as faithful witnesses where they already are. Our vision is to form compelling missional disciples — joyfully obedient to Jesus and sent into their campuses, workplaces, and callings carrying His presence.

This is not a program to pull students out of college life — it is a missions school designed to send them into their schools and careers more on fire than ever, with the tools, rhythms, and community needed to sustain a life of faithfulness.

Who can apply? Lanphier is designed primarily for college students, but we know many young adults move to New York City to pursue work, creative opportunities, or vocational training outside of a traditional college setting. If you are between 18–25 and want deepen your relationship with Jesus, you are welcome to apply.
